Our Recruitment Process

Every officer on a post has been through the same six checkpoints.

STEP 1

Application

Candidates submit CNIC, domicile, education and prior experience for initial review.

STEP 2

Screening & Interview

Eligibility screening followed by an in-person interview and aptitude check.

STEP 3

Background Verification

Police character certificate and reference checks completed before any offer is made.

STEP 4

Medical & Fitness Test

Physical fitness and medical fitness are confirmed prior to enrollment.

STEP 5

Training Academy

Classroom and field instruction on drills, weapons handling and post orders.

STEP 6

Licensing & Deployment

APSAA licensing, kit issuance and posting against a written post order.

Guard Policy & Compliance

We make compliance a strong policy: every officer is checked before deployment, and held to the same written standard on every site.

Thorough Background Verification

Every guard is checked before deployment: background and police record, physical and mental fitness, prior employment history, and education.

Attendance & Leave

Five consecutive days of unapproved absence is treated as AWOL (Absent Without Leave). An officer marked AWOL is removed from duty.

Theft, Extortion and Harassment

Zero tolerance for theft, demanding money or favors from a client, or harassment of any kind: bad language, a bad tone, unwanted contact, or calling the client at the wrong time or through the wrong medium. Any confirmed incident results in immediate removal.

Professional Communication

All communication on and around a post is kept to business only, in line with the written post order.
